hi people, please take care of yourselves and don't get sick ok. i'm already down with a horrible cold that's turned me into rudolph the red-nosed reindeer, and my bin's filled with tissue paper >( yea i know it's very environmentally unfriendly to be using so much tissue paper, but i don't really have a choice.

so yea, eat more, sleep more, drink more water. mhmm.
